Joel C. Ravera joined the firm as Laura’s legal assistant and office manager in 2012, bringing with him extensive experience in management and sales garnered during a 22-year history with a Fortune 500 industrial supply company based in Chicago.
Joel assists in document preparation and other clerical assistance, as well as keeping the “back office” organized and running smoothly.
Joel has an associate degree in physics from New Mexico Military Institute, in Roswell, New Mexico, and attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado, majoring in physics. Joel is a member of the Elks Lodge No. 1285 in Monterey.
For the last 3 decades, Joel has indulged his passion for vintage car racing by working (on a volunteer and non-volunteer basis) as mechanic and consultant to friend, Bert Skidmore, owner of Intrepid Motor Cars in Sparks, Nevada, as well as for friend, David Vegher, of Veloce Motors West, in Petaluma, California.
Joel and Laura were married in 2002, and have two children: Michael, age 20, and Mia, age 18. When they can get away from the office, the couple enjoys camping, boating and fishing.
